Expedited Service

All repairs are made on a first come-first served basis.  Special order/custom parts, soldering and/or weld repairs, and client communication delays will increase repair completion time.

Expedited service is available at a 25%-35% additional fee.

Retrieval, Storage & Abandoned Items

Lion and Eagle Lamps will notify customers once repairs are completed and items are ready to be picked up.  We ask that customers pick up their items within 1 week of completion notice unless prior agreements are made.  Any item left longer than the 1 week period may be charged a storage fee of $2/day.

Should you not be ready to take delivery of the item upon its completion, we will gladly store the item for a $2/day charge for a maximum of 30 days after which a $25 per month storage fee will apply.

 Because of our limited storage ability if the item is has not been picked up 30 days after completion of the work, Lion and Eagle Lamps reserves the right to dispose of the item.

Special Orders

Pre-payment of 25% is required before the item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer regardless of account terms.

Any shipping charges incurred from the manufacturer will be added to the invoice.

Special Orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned.
